These terms cover the website www.expeditercm.com and the text message program that medical practices run through Expedite RCM. Expedite RCM itself is provided to practices and billing services under a separate written agreement, which governs their use of the application.

Text message program

• Program: Expedite RCM text messages, sent by Expedite Medical LLC on behalf of the medical practices and billing services that use Expedite RCM.
• What you receive: one-way messages from your practice about your account, balance or appointments, or, for practice staff, about work waiting in Expedite RCM. Each message names the practice and gives its phone number to call. We do not send marketing messages.
• How you agree: patients agree by giving their mobile number to their practice; staff agree by entering their own mobile number in their Expedite RCM settings.
• Message frequency: varies with your account activity.
• Cost: message and data rates may apply, according to your mobile plan.
• Opting out: reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts from that number. You will receive one message confirming the opt-out. Reply START to receive texts again.
• Help: replies other than STOP and START are not read. For help, call your practice at the number in the message, or email support@expeditercm.com.
• Carriers: mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Privacy: mobile numbers and text message consent are never shared with or sold to third parties for marketing. See our Privacy Policy.

Using this website

The information on this website describes Expedite RCM and may change without notice. You may use it to learn about Expedite RCM and to contact us. Do not try to disrupt the website or reach parts of it that are not offered to you.

Ownership

Expedite RCM, this website and their content are owned by Expedite Medical LLC and protected by copyright and trademark law.

Disclaimer and limit of liability

This website is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, Expedite Medical LLC is not liable for damages arising from the use of this website or from a text message that is delayed or not delivered.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.

Changes
